I personally would love to see feature of upgrading your normal cards into golden with only paying difference in price, so like to make a golden legendary from normal you will have to spend just 1600 dust, and not 3200-400(dusting normal version)=2800
It would mostly be relevant for legendaries and epics, not so much for rares and commons, but still can save some dust anyway
The only people that will be affected by a battle pass is literally like .2 most streamers don't even play enough to get the max possibly gold daily let alone throughout a whole year. This battle pass will be great for free to play players who get rewarded for playing the game. It will feel good for even new players and advanced if done right. Hearthstone mathematics introduced this idea a couple months ago. Priest needs a rework forsure, the only decks you can play that are competitive are like crazy expensive highlander decks and galakrond decks

Whenever a company wants to change how they monetize a game – any company, any game – it's almost 100% for the benefit of the company. They were not making as much money, and they want to make more.
If they were solely concerned about the player experience they could easily do changes just to that. If we get anything good out of this, it will be incidental to the primary goal of getting more money from the playerbase.
I cannot and will not trust any company who ADDS a 'battlepass' system after the fact to a game.
I really hope they consider putting cards from previous expansions in to classic set. Lich king is just too iconic to keep only to wild.
Adding a battlepass is really the first sign of the end, battlepasses are the monetization garbage FOMO scum of the earth. Sounds like the last good blizzard game is about to get the scumlord treatment from activision like everything else. Bad things ahead for our favorite card game…
As someone who dusts wild to stay relevant in standard. If they start rotating in wild sets im just gonna quit.
I think the battle pass should stay how it is, But add a level up style for battleground specifically. Were you need a win 30 games to unlock the other 2 heroes slots. The 1st will be at 15 winds at rank 4 or higher in the last war would be at 30 wins at rank 4 or higher. In every 5 wins will get you a pack up to 30 wins. If you bought the battle pass you automatically unlock all that stuff including the packs in the arena tickets to.
Please nerf res priest for the love of god. Fighting a res priest is as fun as slapping your dick against a cactus for fun. They cant get enough feed back against it and saying its just a wild problem is like jumping off a cliff and saying its a falling problem.
what i thought they should do is base progression on playing cards, rather than winning. basically you need to play a lot/most of the cards available a certain number of times to advance in progression. you'd actually be encouraged to BUY packs/craft cards while also encouraging deck experimentation, unlike the current style of hearthstone where you build one good deck and play nothing else forever. with the talk of changing the basic set, this could be what they're talking about, though i doubt it.
You know, they say they want to make adjustments to remove the things that feel bad to the opponent. However, currently all the successful decks feel just that way. There are 4 or 5 decks that are just ridiculously overpowered when they get the right combo. It's like the game's deck is balanced around every once in awhile getting a stupidly good draw. If you don't then your opponent does. There's very little control over what actually happens. If you nerf one, the other ones will prevail. I mean… Stealth rogue's early game is insane, Pure Pally makes massive minions by turn 5, Pain warlock is dropping multiple 8 drops and filling the board by turn 3. In that light, druid doesn't even feel that broken. But druid is consistent, and they can usually get complete board control by turn 5. How do you fix that many decks? And if you do, how do you keep Big Warrior from just ROFLSTOMPING everything that's left? Blizzard made a decision this time around. They decided to go all in on huge minions, and leave the success rate entirely on card draw RNG. It's fun when you get lucky, and crappy the rest of the time.

Different ways to play Hearthstone: Battlegrounds, Arena, Tavern Brawl, Solo Adventures, and against convincing infiltrator priest.
So long story short the model will still be you are going to pay 130 bucks every 4 months regardless if you want to play a decent chunk of meta decks. Heard.

I QUIT hearthstone on the day.
I spent thousands of euro on HS, pre-order everyting, but i wont accept missing out on cool stuff because i cant play the game hours and hours a week or day.
Rather than Druid, a class that "feels" terrible to play against right now are Mages. They freeze you for 4-5 turns, they generate / draw cards out of thin air and the cards that they RANDOMLY generate on average seem to be very favorable for them. Not to mention Devolving Missiles is a triple Polymorph for 1 mana, etc. etc.

I would just like to see more consideration given to the rarity of so many cards. Scholomance is so expensive dust-wise. I was really enjoying pure Pally before. But because I can't afford the 4 more epics and 1 legendary needed to make it viable, I'm now back to being a budget player again.
If they care enough about damage spikes from tide razor to change it then how about fixing the insane damage often dealt as a whole? It feels bad dying to an exact lethal from a couple of 1-hp T6 minions. I think damage should be your tavern tier + the highest tier minion surviving on your board. Pirates manage to barely survive damage and end up straight murdering people in the shittiest feeling rounds I've ever faced. There shouldn't be a difference like that in terms of how much damage each tribe does to the opponent.
